Before anything else — about the source of this information
Everything on this page about NeoSystems is drawn from public reports as of Monday, May 4, 2026. We have no inside information. We are not affiliated with NeoSystems, BlueStreet Inc., Adventure Security Advisors LLC, or any successor entity, and we have no role in any of those organizations.
We are also not legal counsel. If your situation involves contractual obligations, data custody, prime contractor or contracting officer notifications, or potential claims, please work with your own attorneys. A³ Vallum’s role is limited to technical and CMMC-program assistance for organizations that have lost their managed services partner.
What has allegedly happened
According to public reports as of Monday, May 5, 2026:
On Friday, May 1, NeoSystems leadership reportedly emailed all CMMC employees that the company was being dissolved and they were terminated effective immediately. Multiple former employees have publicly confirmed the mass termination on r/CMMC.
- Per the same reports, no formal client notification was issued and no transition plan was provided.
- Public records and a NeoSystems LinkedIn post suggest a May 1 acquisition by BlueStreet Inc. The operational status of the underlying CMMC services is unclear.
- Some former NeoSystems executives are reportedly forming a new entity, Adventure Security Advisors LLC (Colorado), and have begun contacting former clients.
- Former NeoSystems employees on r/CMMC and Oxebridge have publicly raised concerns about how some CMMC service-delivery work was being run, with at least one calling on former clients to seek independent reassessment.
We are not in a position to confirm or refute these reports. We mention them only because they are the basis on which affected clients are making decisions this week.
